Gas Tank Flatside stretched 5 Gal

The best-selling 5-gallon tanks have been extended by 50mm with welded-on plates. These sheet steel tanks are manufactured on precision fixtures using a deep-drawing process, each individual tank is factory tested for leaks and must undergo quality control. The tanks are supplied for mounting the standard tank cover (dash), a 22mm threaded fuel tap and the standard seat designed for Softail and other models with 'flat side' tank mounting. The fuel tank caps are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately!
Attention: All custom tanks must be checked for leakage before painting. Usually a sealant is also necessary. Fits Harley-Davidson Softail 82-96
