The outer cup mst A enables the mounting of all Motoscope Tiny & Speedster speedometers (Classic series). It is flush with the screw ring of the instrument and the outer edge of the retaining plates. When using the holding plates msc A and msc C, the outer cup is always necessary to clamp the instrument stably against the holding plate.
