Required to install rider backrest on Harley-Davidson Touring '09-later. Does not fit '21-later FLH or Trike models. Does not fit '23-later FLHFB models. Touring models with Original Equipment solo seats require separate purchase of a two-up seat, passenger footpegs and footpeg mounts.
