Ram air, or air compressor, is the term used to describe forward-facing air intakes on motorcycles for the entry of combustion air. At high speed, more air is forced through them into the combustion chamber, which provides increased power. This physical phenomenon is supported by the Cult-Werk Ram Air Racing Side Covers.
